Returns
We are sorry if anyone is unsatisfied with any product created by A. J. Bruner/#ColoringTherapy, but we do realize that folks have varying levels of "satisfaction", and as such it is possible for an "unsatifactory" product to slip through our fingers before ending up in their hands, or your hands.
Kindly remember that everything is made-to-order (except pre-made Resin products) because there are limited materials. We will do our best to work out each situation in a way that everyone is satisfied, which could include offerings such as: replacing the product at reduced, (or no-cost), with shipping, a "store credit", a discount on a future purchase, or a gift voucher code that can be given to someone else. (see also REFUNDS)
Replacements for products like Written Works may not have stock on-hand for immediate exchange, meaning they will have to be ordered from a vendor, which could take an additional 4 weeks or more depending on: the product being replaced, shipping time from the vendor, and then shipping time to buyer. There is no guarantee on delivery deadlines in such cases, but the order will be handled as quickly as possible.

Refunds
As with Returns, offering a Refund can be a complex situation for both the buyer and the seller. However, in order to cover some "lost materials", we will charge a 5% restocking fee, and also offer additional benefits that can be used for the Galleria of Color.
We will do our best to satisfy all buyers regardless of the situation.
